INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

In the course of your visits to our website or use of our services, we may obtain the following information about you: name, Business name, email address, telephone number, credit card details, billing address, geographic location, IP address, survey responses, support queries, and social media handles (together ‘Personal Data’).

Additionally, we may also collect any other information you provide while interacting with us including your health background, health records and other health data.

Our psychological service does see clients who are children aged 13 years and older, with prior written consent from a parental and/or legal guardian. However, we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18 without parental/legal guardian consent. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Data without parental and/or legal guardian’s consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. AS SUCH, IF YOU ARE 13 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, THE BUSINESS REQUESTS THAT YOU OR YOUR PARENTAL AND/OR LEGAL GUARDIAN NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITE OR TO THE BUSINESS.
