MODULE ONE
SUPPORT
You will gain a working understanding of what your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system are and how to support them
Teachings include:
- What is your autonomic nervous system
- What is fight-or-flight, and freeze (sympathetic nervous system)
- What is your rest and digest (parasympathetic nervous system)
- A refilling your cup exercise to help you identify existing resources and coping mechanisms
MODULE TWO
CREATE
You will receive an overview and framework of how to create realistic, short routines, that can be incorporated into your day to support your mind, body and wellbeing. This framework will have space for you to include the things that you already utilise and then build upon them.
Includes:
- A step-by-step framework
- To help you create your morning, day and evening routines, rituals or practices
- Examples of simple yet effective routines
- For your morning, mid-day, and night, so you can build upon and customise them
- Exercises to help you
- Reduce overwhelm
- Create routines that fit in with your schedule
- Help you improve productivity after work
- A weekly ritual tracker
- So you can plan the rituals you will be experimenting with and if they make the final routine
- A daily and weekly reflection exercise
- So you can tune in to your body and reflect on how each exercise impacted your body and mind
- A visual template
- You can fill in when you have found the combination of exercises and techniques that flow and feel right for you, so you can display it as visual prompt
- An app
- You can use to help keep you consistent with your practices or as a digital replacement for the weekly ritual tracker
MODULE THREE
EXPERIMENT
You receive a menu of 55 exercises and techniques that have been curated from internal and external somatic practices, polyvagal theory, distress tolerance skills from dialectical behavioural therapy, and self-compassion mindfulness. It contains grounding, regulating, soothing and coping techniques which incorporate the vagus nerve, visual resets for relaxed eyes, movement, stretching, fine and gross skills and those which tap into your creativity and have a sense of playfulness.
Includes:
- Instructional videos
- Meditation and imagery recordings
- Accompanying worksheets
- An exercise to help you reduce unhelpful, judgmental thoughts while trying new practices
MODULE FOUR
REVITALISE
You will bring together all that you have learnt and receive guidance on how to successfully implement and come back to your rituals, exercises, and practices over the next several weeks and months, and when you fall out of routine. This will be taught based upon the principles of neuroplasticity, including the role of experimentation, consistency, and mastery.

I am passionate about giving more women access to evidence-based psychological tools. It is why I am committed to bringing the psychology world online.
I use my 13 years of training in the field of psychology to teach you how to increase your awareness of your body and emotions, so that you can deepen your connection to yourself and create the growth you are seeking.
